Online means the device handshook with the hub in the last 3 minutes. A device whose handshake goes stale stays listed here as Offline — it is never hidden. Traffic counters come from the WireGuard interface itself.
IKEv2 sessions
The backend does not report IKEv2 sessions yet (GET /api/devices has no ikev2_sessions field). IKEv2 users are managed on the Users page.
